To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How can I book a return?

You always have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is counted from the day of the delivery of the last good(s) in your order. All our parcels contain a return envelope with complete address and information required for you to send it back to us. Just simply place the item(s) that you would like to return in our Return Envelope and call the courier to collect from your doorstep.

Items purchased in store must be returned to store. 

Can I Return in Store?

You are always welcome to return items within 14 days to any TUDORS store in Pakistan. All returns in store are free. To return your online purchase in store, you will need to bring your delivery note / Online Purchase Invoice along with the item(s) you wish to return. You will receive a Return Acceptance Receipt.

Refund: You will be refunded through Inter Bank Funds Transfer.

You can also exchange in store up to the amount of the returned items. You will need to pay the difference should the exchange exceed the amount of the return items.

How will I be refunded?

Your balance will be refunded within 14 days after you returned the items.

Your refund will be payable with the same payment method you chose for purchase.If you have paid by credit or debit card, we will refund the balance to the card originally used.If you have paid with PayPal, we will refund the balance to your PayPal account.If you have paid cash to the courier (COD), your amount will be directly transferred to your bank account via online IBFT.

 

Do I need to pay for my return?

There is no fee that the company charges you for returning your items. However, the courier company collecting your return from your doorstep and transporting the same to our warehouse will be charging you a small fee.

How will i be informed that my return has been processed?

Once we have received your return shipment in our warehouse, we will send you a notice of cancellation via email, confirming receipt of the parcel.
If you chose to return in store, your return acceptance receipt will be your proof of return and no email confirmation will be sent.

I Have lost my return envelope; how can I send a return?

You can use any envelope or box to safely pack the item(s) you would like to return to us and print/type/write the following address on it:

What can we not accept as return?

Any items that do not have original Hangtags or care labels intact will not be accepted as returns. Also, for hygiene purpose under garments, socks, scarves, bracelets, belts, bowties, ties, wallets, tie clips, gloves, hats, beanie and watches cannot be returned.

Perfumes can only be returned if complete packing of the product is intact, including the clear plastic film.
